Blueberries

If you begin to not recognize Ryder it's because he's going to turn into a blueberry soon! The boy can put down some blueberries let me tell ya. He eats them at pretty much every meal and if we don't put them on his plate he lets us know what he thinks about it. He points to the fridge and makes a really loud whining noise until we point to them and ask "this?" and then he says "yea, yea, yea". We then tell him "blueberry" and he makes some kinda of sound that begins with a "b" and sounds like blueberry to us :)

I began to get nervous the other day that too many blueberries might be a problem given the large quantities he was eating them in. Google tells me that as long as his is going potty regularly we are fine. So instead of worrying anymore I decided to just take some pictures instead. Ryder insists on eating everything with a fork now. He mastered the fork quite a few months back, but then decided it was cooler to eat with his hands for a while. We are back to the fork and EVERYTHING must go on it.... including cereal. Somehow he manages to stab the cereal enough to get it stuck on the fork without breaking it. When Daddy is home he likes to play a game to see how many blueberries Ryder can eat at once. Yesterday we got up to five blueberries!

The loaded fork...

The nervous "can I do it?" face he gives us
Going for it....

He did it! :)
Yum!
