Baby Landon Update: Week 23

How Far Along: 23 Weeks

Size of Baby: My e-mail wasn't very descriptive this week and just said over 11 inches and over a pound.

Food Size (According to my e-mail from BabyCenter.com): A Large Mango

Total Weight Gain: OMG! I caved and weighed myself... around 18-19 pounds!!! I'm hoping heading back home, eating healthy, a little working out at our gym, and eating healthy again will help this hold steady for a while. I just don't think a full fifty pounds the second time around is necessary again!

Maternity Clothes: Just the pants pretty much... When we get back to Arizona i'm going to join a nudist colony... clothes are SOOO annoying!

Gender: It's a BOY! Landon Brennan Lutz

Movement: Mom finally felt it this past week :)Still moving around lots in there

Food Cravings: Not so much...

Labor Signs: no comment until third trimester or so

Sleep: Great... Ryder has been sleeping until 8 so we're enjoying it right now! It's amazing what an extra hour can do for you.

How’s Ryder Handling It: Good.. we packed up a lot of his baby stuff to ship to Arizona for Landon's arrival this week, and he was excited to see and play with it all. He really react when we told him it was all for his baby brother.

What is the same/different as the last time: About the same... Just think this belly is so much bigger. How do I have 17 weeks left to grow?

Symptoms: Ahh... the hip pain. I have been trying really hard to get off the nausea meds too, but no such luck. It comes around every morning. Nothing awful, but I don't see why I should feel yuck if I could just take the meds.

Best Moment This Week: As far as baby is concerned (because being with family is ALWAYS #1 to me!)... packing up all the stuff and gettign it shipped for Landon!

What I Am Looking Forward To: I guess getting back to Arizona. I hateeeeee leaving my family, but I guess getting back to our routine will be nice... for a little while!!!
